  • water - 1/3 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • sliced apples 6 c - 2 lb

How to make microwave applesauce:

In a 2-quart microwave bowl place apples, water and juice. Cook on High, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring twice. Add sugar and cinnamon. Use wooden spoon or blender to break up apples.
