Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- medium apples, peeled, cored and quartered - 4 item
How to make microwave applesauce:
Place apples and water in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Microwave on High for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook 5 minutes longer on High.Mash apples with fork. (Sometimes I drain off some of the water.) Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Cool. Serves 6.
