Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 Tbsp
How to make mexican wedding cookies:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, pecans and vanilla. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 300° for 25 to 30 minutes.
