- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- pecans, crushed - 1 c
How to make mexican wedding cakes:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease cookie sheets. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Roll generous teaspoonful of dough in hands to make ball. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes. Remove and cool on wire racks. When cool, roll in powdered sugar. Makes about 3 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
