Mexican wedding cakes



  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 5 Tbsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c

How to make mexican wedding cakes:

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly. Add flour with nuts. Mix well. Shape into balls. Chill until firm. Bake in a 325° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Shake in a bag of powdered sugar while still warm.
