Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
How to make mexican wedding cakes:
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, salt and flour. Stir in nuts. Chill dough. Roll in 1 inch balls and bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
