- walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple do not drain - 20 oz
- self-rising Gold Medal flour - 2 c
How to make mexican wedding cake:
Frosting:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. butter1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, mix all cake ingredients; beat well. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool cake completely and frost.Frosting: In a medium bowl, beat all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
