Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • baking soda
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • 2 can crushed pineapple
  • Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes
  • crushed walnuts or pecans - 1 c

How to make mexican wedding cake:

Mix all ingredients with fork and put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool before frosting.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1/2 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and margarine. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Sprinkle with nuts.
