Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 3
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
  • ground meat - 2 lb
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 oz
  • corn tortillas - 2 pkg
  • cheese, grated - 10 oz
  • large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • can mild enchilada sauce - 1 oz

How to make mexican taco casserole:

Brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Drain. Mix Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and enchilada sauce. Alternate layers of meat, tortillas, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Pour milk over the top. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
