Mexican taco casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 3
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- ground meat - 2 lb
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- corn tortillas - 2 pkg
- cheese, grated - 10 oz
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can mild enchilada sauce - 1 oz
How to make mexican taco casserole:
Brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Drain. Mix Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and enchilada sauce. Alternate layers of meat, tortillas, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Pour milk over the top.
