Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 10 12
  • carton sour cream - 1 item
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • ground beef
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • can refried beans - 1 item
  • can chopped chilies - 1 item
  • envelope taco seasoning - 1 item
  • small or 1 large bottle taco sauce - 2 item
  • can black olives, halved - 1 item
  • bag taco flavored corn chips, crushed - 1 item

How to make mexican taco casserole:

Brown meat and onion; drain. Add next 5 ingredients and mix well. Put half of crushed corn chips in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Top with meat mixture. Add olives and other half of corn chips.

Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Add cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more. Top with sour cream and serve.
