- carton sour cream - 1 item
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- ground beef
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can refried beans - 1 item
- can chopped chilies - 1 item
- envelope taco seasoning - 1 item
- small or 1 large bottle taco sauce - 2 item
- can black olives, halved - 1 item
- bag taco flavored corn chips, crushed - 1 item
How to make mexican taco casserole:
Brown meat and onion; drain. Add next 5 ingredients and mix well. Put half of crushed corn chips in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Top with meat mixture. Add olives and other half of corn chips.Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Add cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more. Top with sour cream and serve.
