- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- cup oil - 1/3 item
- cup grated cheese - 1 item
- small can chili peppers - 1 item
- cup buttermilk - 3/4 item
- cup corn meal - 1 item
- large can cream style corn - 1 item
How to make mexican spoon bread:
Mix all ingredients and pour half in the bottom of a hot greased pan. Add cheese and peppers, then pour remaining batter on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, North american, Mexican.
