Mexican spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- ground red pepper - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- box spaghetti, cooked - 1 oz
How to make mexican spaghetti:
Brown meat, onion and green pepper in skillet. Drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°. Top with cheese and return to oven until melted.Recipe categories: Chicken, Pasta, Spaghetti.
