Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- can Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- can pinto beans - 1 item
- Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
- taco mix - 1 pkg
- tomatoes, stewed - 28 oz
How to make mexican soup:
Brown meat with onions; drain. Mix taco seasoning with 1 cup water, then mix Ranch dressing with 1 cup water. Mix all ingredients together in large cooker and simmer 45 minutes. Top with nachos and grated Cheddar cheese.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low fat, Soups & stews.
