- tomatoes - 2 gal
- to 6 bell peppers - 4 item
- jalapeno peppers - 1/2 1
- large onions - 6 item
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- vinegar - 2 c
- pickling salt - 1/3 c
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- onion powder - 2 Tbsp
- cumin - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 2 Tbsp
- alum - 1 tsp
- pepper - 2 Tbsp
How to make mexican salsa:
