  • cans tomato paste - 2 oz
  • vinegar - 2 c
  • pickling salt - 1/3 c
  • chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • onion powder - 2 Tbsp
  • cumin - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 2 Tbsp
  • alum - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 2 Tbsp

How to make mexican salsa:

Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Can in pint or quart jars.
