  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • ground cumin - 1 tsp
  • fresh tomatoes - 3 lb
  • garlic cloves - 8 item
  • large onion - 1/2 item
  • peppers - 3 item

How to make mexican salsa:

Skin tomatoes, core and remove as many seeds as possible. Process in food processor until almost puree. Pour into nonmetallic bowl; add vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin. Chop onion, mince garlic and add to bowl. Clean peppers, mince in processor. Add to bowl.
