Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- fresh tomatoes - 3 lb
- garlic cloves - 8 item
- large onion - 1/2 item
- peppers - 3 item
How to make mexican salsa:
Skin tomatoes, core and remove as many seeds as possible. Process in food processor until almost puree. Pour into nonmetallic bowl; add vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin.
