- medium tomatoes - 2 item
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- medium onion - 1 item
- corn chips - 1 (10
- can kidney beans - 1 oz
- large head lettuce - 1 item
How to make mexican salad:
Saute beef until brown; drain. Drain and rinse beans. Chop tomatoes and onion; tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Combine all ingredients. Toss well. Serve at once. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, One Dish meal.
