Mexican salad



  • lemon pepper - 1 tsp
  • onion - 1/2 item
  • celery - 1 c
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • tomato - 1 item
  • head lettuce - 1/2 item
  • can Ranch Style beans - 1 item
  • bottle Catalina salad dressing - 1 item

How to make mexican salad:

Drain can of Ranch Style beans. Marinate beans and chopped onion and celery in 1 bottle of dressing overnight in refrigerator.

Just before serving, tear lettuce, cut tomato and mix with Cheddar cheese and regular Fritos and lemon pepper. Mix together and serve.
