Ingredients/Components
- lemon pepper - 1 tsp
- onion - 1/2 item
- celery - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- tomato - 1 item
- head lettuce - 1/2 item
- can Ranch Style beans - 1 item
- bottle Catalina salad dressing - 1 item
How to make mexican salad:
Drain can of Ranch Style beans. Marinate beans and chopped onion and celery in 1 bottle of dressing overnight in refrigerator.Just before serving, tear lettuce, cut tomato and mix with Cheddar cheese and regular Fritos and lemon pepper. Mix together and serve.
