Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 c
- ground cumin - 1 Tbsp
- dried oregano
- onion powder - 1 Tbsp
- red pepper - 1 tsp
How to make mexican rub:
Combine all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Sprinkle on chicken, ribs or fish before grilling or baking. Makes 1/2 cup. May double. (Low heat.)Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Herb and spice mixes, Cooking mixes.
