Mexican roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- flour tortilla shells - 1 item
- oz Cream Cheese softened - 8 item
- oz carton sour cream - 8 item
- small can green chiles - 1 item
- small jar black olives optional - 1 item
- small jar jalapeno peppers to taste - 1/2 item
- oz fine shredded cheddar cheese - 8 item
How to make mexican roll-ups:
Drain chiles, pimentos, olives, and jalapenos. Combine all ingredients except flour tortillas and cheddar cheese in blender. Spread mixture on tortilla shells. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll each tortilla shell. Refrigerate until firm. When ready to serve, slice into 2 inch sections. Store any unused portions in refrigerator.
