Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- black olives - 1 c
- small can green chillies - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese mild - 1 c
How to make mexican roll-ups:
Cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Add chillies, garlic salt, black olives and cheese to sour cream and cheese. Spread over (6) 8-inch round tortilla shells. Roll tight. Chill for 12 hours. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Serve with salsa.Recipe categories: Appetizers, North american, Mexican.
