  • cream cheese - 3 oz
  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • black olives - 1 c
  • small can green chillies - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese mild - 1 c

How to make mexican roll-ups:

Cream together cream cheese and sour cream. Add chillies, garlic salt, black olives and cheese to sour cream and cheese. Spread over (6) 8-inch round tortilla shells. Roll tight. Chill for 12 hours. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Serve with salsa.
