  • garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
  • chopped green chilies - 7 oz
  • cumin - 2 Tbsp
  • dry pinto beans - 1 lb
  • boneless Boston butt - 3 lb

How to make mexican pot roast:

Place all ingredients in a large pot and cook for 4 to 5 hours, stirring often. Serve over Mexican rice or crushed Fritos.
