Ingredients/Components

  • oil - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • diced green pepper - 1/2 c
  • red wine vinegar - 3/4 c
  • green onions, sliced - 6 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • chopped black olives - 1/2 c
  • sliced celery - 1 c
  • can kidney beans, drained - 1 item
  • small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • canned corn, drained - 12 oz
  • several dashes hot pepper sauce - 1 item
  • macaroni cooked and drained - 1 lb
  • Cheddar cubes - 1 c

How to make mexican pasta salad:

In large salad bowl, add macaroni and vinegar. Let stand while preparing other ingredients. Add oil and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
