Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- red wine vinegar - 3/4 c
- green onions, sliced - 6 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped black olives - 1/2 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- canned corn, drained - 12 oz
- several dashes hot pepper sauce - 1 item
- macaroni cooked and drained - 1 lb
- Cheddar cubes - 1 c
How to make mexican pasta salad:
In large salad bowl, add macaroni and vinegar. Let stand while preparing other ingredients. Add oil and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Salads, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
