Mexican lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- water - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- tomato paste - 1 can
- tomato sauce - 1 can
- taco seasoning mix - 1/2 pkg
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- flour tortillas - 4 item
- sliced ripe olives - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella, grated - 1 c
- broken corn chips - 2 c
How to make mexican lasagna:
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add onion and bell pepper; drain. Mix in taco seasoning mix, tomato paste, tomato sauce, olives and water. Simmer until thick and bubbly.
