Ingredients/Components
- salsa - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1/2 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- italian sausage - 1/2 lb
- 4 oz can green chilies, chopped - 1- item
- sage, remove skin - 1 item
How to make mexican hot dip:
Brown hamburger, sausage and onion together. Drain off fat. In crockpot combine all ingredients and heat on low for 2 hours, stirring frequently. If too thick, add more salsa. Serve with tortilla chips (can be doubled, for a crowd).Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
