Mexican goulash
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- rice - 1 c
- kidney beans - 1 c
- to 6 slices bacon - 4 item
- 1 can tomatoes - 14 oz
How to make mexican goulash:
In a skillet, brown ground beef.Cook rice according to package directions.
Mix together: ground beef, rice, kidney beans, onion and tomatoes. Crumbled bacon and put on top. Cook 5 minutes longer on low heat.
