Mexican fudge



  • eggs - 3 item
  • 8 oz - 2 c
  • large flour tortillas - 1 item
  • sour cream* - 1 item
  • green taco sauce or green enchilada sauce - 1/2 c
  • green chiles hot, mild, spicy, whatever, drain juice - 1 item
  • can black olives small or large, pitted and then sliced or diced - 1 item
  • bricks of cream cheese - 1 item
  • chives tops of green onions, chopped finely - 1 item

How to make mexican fudge:

*When making a lot, use a 16 ounce size.

Mix all together really good. Spread on your tortillas thinly, like you would butter, then roll up the tortillas. If any slops out, just wipe off. Put in a large pan or container and chill in the refrigerator. Slice before serving. Cover with wet paper towel or cloth overnight.
