- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 20 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
How to make mexican fruitcake:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 stick butter2 c. confectioners sugar Place pineapple, eggs, sugar and nuts in a blender and blend. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Cool.Soften cream cheese and beat all ingredients together, slowly adding confectioners sugar. Garnish with chopped walnuts.
