- soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- cup chopped nuts - 1 item
- cups sugar - 2 item
- cups flour - 2 item
How to make mexican fruitcake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes or until tests done. Don't overbake. Frost with creme cheese icing. Keeps well. Can ice while hot.Recipe categories: Desserts, North american, Mexican.
