- water - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- flank steak - 2 lb
- bouillon - 1 tsp
- can tomatoes in sauce - 1 lb
How to make mexican flank steak:
Sprinkle flank steaks with garlic powder and pepper. Spread with tomatoes and sauce. Roll and tie in shallow pan. Pour tomato sauce, bouillon and water over meat. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baste occasionally.Recipe categories: Meat, Beef, North american.
