- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 2 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- jalapeno pepper, chopped optional - 1 item
- soft corn tortillas, cut in quarters - 1 item
How to make mexican dish:
Grate cheese and set aside. Combine hamburger, onion and pepper in skillet; brown and drain. Add soup and enchilada sauce. Line casserole dish with tortillas. Layer meat mixture, cheese and tortillas, ending, with cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
