Ingredients/Components

  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • grated Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
  • small can diced green chiles - 1 item
  • sour cream, mixed with 2 Tbsp - 1 c
  • medium can refried beans - 1 item
  • large can black olives, chopped - 1 item
  • green onions with tops, chopped fine - 5 item
  • avocados, mashed or guacamole dip - 2 item
  • firm tomatoes, finely chopped - 3 item

How to make mexican dip:

Layer on a dish in the order listed. Top with a layer of grated cheese. Chill approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serve with chips and crackers. This is an excellent party dip!
