Ingredients/Components
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- grated Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- small can diced green chiles - 1 item
- sour cream, mixed with 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- medium can refried beans - 1 item
- large can black olives, chopped - 1 item
- green onions with tops, chopped fine - 5 item
- avocados, mashed or guacamole dip - 2 item
- firm tomatoes, finely chopped - 3 item
How to make mexican dip:
Layer on a dish in the order listed. Top with a layer of grated cheese. Chill approximately 1 1/2 hours. Serve with chips and crackers. This is an excellent party dip!Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
