Mexican dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 4 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- hot sauce - 1 item
- ripe avocados - 2 item
- diced tomatoes - 2 c
- can sliced black olives - 1 item
- dry taco seasoning mix - 1/2 1
- can vegetarian refried beans - 1 item
How to make mexican dip:
Make a 10-inch circle with refried beans on cookie sheet. Mash avocados with lemon juice and hot sauce to taste and spread on top.Combine sour cream and taco mix and spread on top of avocados. Top with a layer of tomatoes, onion, cheese and olives. Chill and serve with taco chips.
