- ground beef - 1 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- container sour cream - 1 (8
- can refried beans - 1 item
- can black olives, pitted and sliced - 1 item
- medium or hot jar of salsa - 1 item
How to make mexican dip:
Brown hamburger, drain grease. Cook hamburger with the taco seasoning mix according to package directions. Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with the refried beans. Layer the hamburger, onion, salsa and cheese over the refried beans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Mix olives and sour cream and top the baked mixture.
