- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- ground beef - 1 lb
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- taco mix - 1 pkg
- can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
How to make mexican dip:
Brown ground beef and drain. Place cheese, Ro-Tel tomatoes and taco mix in microwavable dish. Microwave on high until cheese is almost melted. Place meat in dish and finish melting cheese. Eat with tortilla chips -- enjoy.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
