Ingredients/Components

  • red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt optional - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • mustard seed - 1 tsp
  • medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 6 item
  • black pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chopped green chilies mild - 1 c

How to make mexican dip:

Stir together and chill thoroughly. Keeps for several days. Great to make the day before.
