Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
How to make mexican dip:
Brown ground beef; drain and then rinse in hot water. In medium saucepan, melt cheese over very low heat. Add ground beef, taco seasoning mix and Ro-Tel tomatoes. To keep warm, pour dip into small crock-pot. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
