Mexican cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- cans creamed corn - 2 item
- can Mexicorn - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 16 oz
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- boxes Jiffy cornbread mix - 2 item
- jalapeos optional - 1 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
Mix cornbread according to directions. Add creamed corn and Mexicorn. Mix well.In regular size cake pan, pour 1/2 of mixture. After hamburger meat is cooked, put it on top of 1/2 mixture in pan. Add cut up jalapeos, cheese and then rest of mixture. Bake at 350° about 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
