  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • white self-rising cornmeal - 3 c
  • large can cream-style corn - 1 item
  • large grated onion - 1 item
  • or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers - 3 item

How to make mexican cornbread:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into three 8-inch well-greased pans. Cook at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
