Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- white self-rising cornmeal - 3 c
- large can cream-style corn - 1 item
- large grated onion - 1 item
- or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers - 3 item
How to make mexican cornbread:
