  • green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
  • bell pepper, chopped - 2 tsp

  • oil - 1/3 c
  • sour cream - 1 c

How to make mexican cornbread:

Mix thoroughly and bake in an iron skillet at 450° until brown, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
