- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- canned corn - 1 c
- corn meal self-rising - 1 c
- to 3 small jalapeno peppers, chopped fine - 2 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Mix ingredients, adding cheese last. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
