Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- corn meal - 1 c
- shredded Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
- can small green chilies, chopped - 1 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Beat eggs and oil. Add corn, milk and dry ingredients, beating lightly after each addition. Add chili peppers and half of cheese. Pour into a greased dish and cover with remaining cheese.
