  • eggs - 2 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • bell pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • cheese, grated - 1 c
  • corn meal
  • yellow corn cream-style - 1 c

How to make mexican corn bread:

Mix all ingredients except cheese in usual manner for corn bread. Pour half of the mixture into greased baking pan and cover with half grated cheese. Add remaining mixture and cover with cheese. Bake at same temperature as you would bake corn bread.
