Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- bell peppers - 2 Tbsp
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- self-rising meal
- pods hot peppers - 2 item
How to make mexican corn bread:
Combine all ingredients. Put about 1/4 cup oil in iron skillet and place in preheated 425° oven. Let skillet and oil get very hot. Remove from oven and add mixture. Bake at 425° for about 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Top with grated cheese.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
