- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- buttermilk
- onion - 1 item
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- self-rising meal - 3 c
- Longhorn cheese - 1 lb
- oil or stick margarine - 1/2 c
- dried green pepper - 1/3 c
How to make mexican corn bread:
Preheat oven to 425°. Stir corn, sugar, buttermilk, oil, cheese, pepper and onion. Beat eggs with fork; add to mixture. Add corn meal, red pepper, stir. Pour into well-greased pan. Bake until done.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Mexican.
