Mexican chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- large fryer - 1 item
- processed cheese - 1/2 lb
- bag taco chips nacho cheese, crushed - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken casserole:
Boil and debone chicken and cut in chunks. Cut cheese in chunks. Place chicken in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish and top with chopped onion, salt and pepper. Add cheese chunks and top with half the bag of taco chips. Mix soups and tomatoes in a bowl and pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, then sprinkle remainder of chips on top.
