Ingredients/Components

  • water - 5 c
  • chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
  • chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken - 6 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • butter - 3/4 c
  • stalks celery, chopped fine - 3 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • cans mushrooms - 2 item
  • can tomatoes and green chilies - 1 item
  • can green chilies - 1 item
  • Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb

How to make mexican chicken casserole:

Cook chicken until done. Remove from broth and debone. Add 8 ounces of spaghetti to broth. Cook uncovered until done. In skillet, saute butter, celery, green pepper and onion. Set aside. Add all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
