Mexican chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 5 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken - 6 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- butter - 3/4 c
- stalks celery, chopped fine - 3 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- cans mushrooms - 2 item
- can tomatoes and green chilies - 1 item
- can green chilies - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese - 3/4 lb
How to make mexican chicken casserole:
Cook chicken until done. Remove from broth and debone. Add 8 ounces of spaghetti to broth. Cook uncovered until done. In skillet, saute butter, celery, green pepper and onion. Set aside. Add all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
