  • chicken broth - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies - 1 oz
  • chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 (2
  • large bag Doritos - 1 item

How to make mexican chicken:

Mix chicken, both soups, Ro-Tel, broth and chopped onion in mixing bowl. In a casserole dish, put layer of Doritos, the layer of chicken mixture and cheese. Alternate mixture until both are used. Top with remainder of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
