Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- tortilla chips - 1 pkg
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- each
- chopped pepper - 1/2 c
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- whole chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
- cheese Cheddar
How to make mexican chicken:
Line bottom of casserole dish with chips. Spread chicken over them. Mix all other ingredients (except cheese) in a separate bowl and pour over chicken. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
