Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • tortilla chips - 1 pkg
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • each
  • chopped pepper - 1/2 c
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • whole chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
  • cheese Cheddar

How to make mexican chicken:

Line bottom of casserole dish with chips. Spread chicken over them. Mix all other ingredients (except cheese) in a separate bowl and pour over chicken. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
