- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, diced - 1/4 lb
- bag Doritos chips, crushed - 1 item
- boiled chicken, deboned - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Cook chicken and debone. Mix all ingredients, except chicken and chips. Place a layer of chicken, a layer of the mixture and then a layer of chips. Repeat the layering and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
