Mexican chicken
Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1/2 item
- chopped onions - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- whole chicken - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- or 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- bag Tostitos - 1 item
How to make mexican chicken:
Boil chicken, debone and tear into small pieces. Pack back into pot. Add soup, broth, Ro-Tel, onion, cheese, chili powder and garlic salt. Cook on top of stove until cheese melts. Place a layer of chips in bottom of casserole dish. Pour mixture over chips; sprinkle cheese on top. Place in oven and bake at 350° until browns.
